Data and processing purpose
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. We use them only to assess and answer your request and, where relevant, prepare an offer or continue the commercial relationship you initiated.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and for NVN's legitimate interest in handling commercial and support enquiries. We do not use contact-form data for marketing without a separate legal basis.
Recipients and transfers
Data is available only to NVN personnel handling the enquiry and necessary hosting, email and maintenance providers bound to protect it. We do not intend to transfer this data outside the European Economic Area.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for no more than 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless a legal obligation, an active contract or the defence of legal claims requires longer retention.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The technical JSESSIONID cookie protects forms and administration login. Klaro stores your cookie choice locally. You can reopen cookie settings here or in the footer at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Romanian data-protection authority. We may request reasonable information to verify identity before acting on a request.
Security and automated decisions
We apply access controls, validation, request throttling, session protection and scheduled deletion. We do not make solely automated decisions or profile people using contact-form data.
